8月19日（土曜）
遅くなりましたが、お墓参りをしてきました。
お墓掃除が終わって、
今治市内でランチしようと思って、こちらお店を✔️していました。
こちらのお店は、駐車場がなく、広い道を挟んだ向こうに、広小路パーキングが一番近く
そこに駐車して歩いて行きました。
11時30分オープン。
座敷に座って、
メニューより、夫婦共に、
•焼ぎょうざ 税込440円、•水ぎょうざ税込440円
を、各1皿頼みました。
待つ事少々で、やってきました！
水ぎょうざも焼ぎょうざも、ドシっとしてます
頂きまーす！
どちらも同じ酢醤油に、ラー油を入れて付けて
先ずは水ぎょうざ、皮が厚くもちっとしてます
中から餡が出て、トロッと滑らかな食感がある
酢醤油も口の中で合わさり、小籠包的な感じ
焼ぎょうざの方も、同じ皮がこんがり焼けて、
外皮は、サクッと、中は、やはり餡がトロッと
水ぎょうざと焼きを、それぞれ、計2皿分食べたら、けっこうお腹いっぱいになりました。
皮が厚いので、ご飯食べなくて良い餃子って感じ！
