今治で人気の老舗餃子店。
このビジュアルの良い焼餃子を食べてみたかったのです…
お盆中だったこともあるのか（いつもなのか）テイクアウトのお客さんがいっぱいでした！
中華そばを食べたかったのですが夏季は冷麺のみのようです。
もっちりとした厚めの皮が主役の焼餃子！
餡は野菜が多めで想像以上にあっさり。
ぷるっとした水餃子の方が好みでした♪
今まで薄皮の餃子しか食べたことがなかったので新感覚の餃子でした！
