今治らしいシンプルな中華店。
お昼のメニューは、中華そば、焼き餃子、水餃子と潔い。しかも値段はいずれも@400円＋税。
夏場は冷麺もあるとのことですが、お客さまもみな中華そば＋餃子＝1,000円でお釣りをオーダーされてましたので、それに従う（笑。
朴訥な中華そばと厚めの皮に綺麗な焼き色の餃子は、私の中では芸術の域に感じました。
もちろん味も確かで、満足して事務所へと帰還。
