経営手腕は高く評価する
看板や建築物のデザイン性やお洒落度は素晴らしい
接客も若いスタッフは元気が良く明るい
客に魅せるプレゼンは一流じゃ
しかしラーメンの味は疑問が残る
繊細な塩ラーメンにこってり味の付いたチャーシューは完全に暴走し逆走する
いい塩はラーメンに合わん
いい醤油はラーメンに合わん
和食ならともかくラーメンの醤油や塩は値段の安い素材が旨い
魚介系と獣系をあわすのはかなり高度で難しい
スープと塩のバランスそして火加減が崩れている
３度目の訪問
俺の感想は毎回まったく同じじゃったわい
どうしても旨さが感じられん
もっと踏み込んだ表現を使いたいが
口コミマニュアルの規定に反するので押えておきたい
ただし自家製麺と謳う麺は、なかなかよかったぞ！
