つくし食堂は今治駅前（市役所方向）にある、昔ながらの定食屋さん。当日の食材の仕入れによって、日々メニューが異なるので、その都度「どれにしようかなー」って食事を楽しむことが出来ます。金額も1,000円未満と手頃で、バランスの取れた料理となっています。私は、ここのお味噌汁が大好き。また、昼はランチもしているので、サラリーマンが多く訪れます。ただし、混んでると料理が出てくる時間がかかることがあるので、時間の足りない人にはご注意を。
