おろしぶっかけ\550を注文。
私が注文した後に来た人の麺が最後のよぅで、あとは断られてました。14:30くらい。
麺は、手打ち感がタップリの シコシコ麺。 旨ぁぁ～･･♪
ツルツルっと食べるもよし、モグモグすると塩分を感じてきて それがマタ小麦の甘さを引き立てます。
私には ダシが薄めですね～。 チョイ醤油たしちゃいました。
