今治だから織物的な感じで呉服屋かと思ったらホルモン鍋のお店です。
いわゆるチリチリ鍋的なやつです。
二人前からなので若干ひるみましたが、皆さん二人前位ペロリだそうです。
だったらペロペロリンしてみます。
二人前で肉は二種類選べます。
３Ｐコースで指名に悩むワクワクに近い感じです。
初めてなので定番のバラとお勧めテッチャンにしてみました。
程なくして山盛りのもやしにバラとテッチャンが乗った四角い鍋が登場。
既に調理されており臨戦態勢です。
やられる前（こげる）にやらなければ（食べる）なりません。
プニプニのテッチャンは美味しいですが定番のバラは缶詰めの加工肉みたいでイマイチ。
店員さんのお勧めで外れを引く定番のアレみたいです。
食べログや爆サイによる事前のリサーチが肝心と思いました。
