今治名物、呉本屋のホルモン鍋〜
最近、全国的に有名なホルモン鍋は、鉄板鍋とか、ちりとり鍋とか言われていて、辛味があるような料理であります。
ここのホルモン鍋は、甘いダシでつくられている味であります。
大部屋のように、畳の部屋に机が何個かあって、料理をつつくような感じです。
モヤシが多く山盛りにして肉は少なめ、これがうまい！
ごはんに合う味で、美味しい〜
キムチはあまり辛くない〜
