今治駅で早めの昼食です。二葉さんはお弁当が主な商売ですが、店内でも食べられます。
瀬戸の鯛の押し寿司が看板商品。迷うことなく、それを注文しました。味噌汁が付いて 1,000円です。
押し寿司の鯛は薄造りで、少し黄色がかってます。酢飯との間には大葉が入って、綺麗な仕上がり。美味しいです。
味噌汁は玉ねぎ、豆腐など具が沢山。白味噌で少し甘口です。麦味噌なのかな。
手軽だけど、十分でした。
次の機会には鯛めしを食べたいです。
