寒くなって、ひらめが美味しくなりました。
皆さん、よく回転寿司でえんがわって見かけると想うのですが、あれは偽物ということはご存知でしょう。
でも美味しければいいんですよね。
今治で本物のひらめ、つまり天然物のひらめを置いてあるのは、健寿司さんと、延喜寿司さんと、一心太助ですね。
ただ貴重品だけあって、値段は高いですねえ。
だって回転寿司で、たいは見えてもひらめはみないでしょう？
回転寿司はカラスガレイという、あやせものを扱っています。
ちなみに何故に私がひらめを扱っている３店舗をああいう順序にしたかは、是非ともご来店ください。
納得できると思います。
