ここのお寿司はシャリが美味しいと思う。
堅めだけど口の中では優しく崩れていって、ちょっと噛むと唾液と共に喉を通っていくというようなシャリ。
当たり前だけど、ネタも美味しい。
瀬戸内今治地方で採れた最高級品の食材。その食材をそのままでもなく、過度に手を加えた江戸前様でも無く、最も美味しく食べられるように調理してある。瀬戸前(瀬戸内）寿司というべきだと思う。
欠点も無くはない。大間のマグロは出なかった。だって瀬戸内の魚じゃ無い。寿司にマグロが欠かせない人には向かないかも。お店にはあるかもしれないけど、大将は出してこなかった。
ちなみに、持って帰った寿司折は3人前。妻が美味しいと言って2人前食べた。残りの一人前は自分が夜中に起きて平らげた。
