I came to this restaurant for a quick dinner. The special Sushi is 2,500 yen, and with red miso soup it is 2,800 yen excluding tax. The special Sushi is selection, and today it is 8 pieces of herring roe, tiger prawns, horse mackerel, sea urchin, medium fatty tuna, flying squid, yellowtail?, and striped jack?. Each piece is large and very filling, and they use the best parts of fatty seasonal fish. Each piece has a soft aroma of the ingredients and the moderate umami of the fat that is unique to the season. The ingredients are not very well made, but the quality of the ingredients shines through. The red miso soup that I ordered with it contains the broth and meat of a seasonal conger eel. The fat of the conger eel sparkles and floats on the surface of the red miso soup. The broth of the conger eel is impressive, as it is not inferior to the rich soybean miso. For 3,000 yen, I had 8 pieces Sushi, this red miso soup, and finally a fruit dessert. It was a fulfilling dinner of about 40 minutes.
