A friendly Bib Gourmand Sushi restaurant in Imabari City. It's a weekday lunch, but you never know what's going to be there, so make a reservation in advance. It's reasonably priced and Sushi is of high quality from the Setouchi region. The older chef and the younger chef are in perfect harmony. By the time I left, I was replaced by two other groups of customers.
