ホテルで焼き鳥屋さんをいくつか紹介してもらい、
外観を見て庶民的そうなここへ。
店内はカウンターと座敷席。
週末ということもあってか、座敷席は予約済み。
メニューを見ると肉、魚もあるようです。
珍しい食材もあったりするようです。
とりあえず串物をいくつか注文。
店内に伊予水軍鶏と表記があるので
鶏肉は全部この自家農園の地鶏なのかな？
まずまずの旨みとジューシー感あり。
食感としては、それほど固くはなかったです。
唐揚げのせんざんきは骨付き。
熱々の時はちょっと食べにくいですが、
骨からのエキスが残っていいでしょうね。
鶏のたたきか刺身を食べてみたかったけど、
これはコース料理用なのか？
メニューの書き方がもう少し親切だったらいいですが。
聞けばよかったけど、忙しそうで聞けずじまい。
今治名物の皮焼きを食べるのを忘れていた・・・。
