４日間の愛媛県の旅行。三泊目は今治市に宿泊。事前に居酒屋を探す。ガイドブックに載っていた店はネットから予約できる。
ホテルからすぐのところにあり暑い日だってので非常に助かった。
鳥の皮焼きと唐揚げがガイドブックで紹介されていたので注文。日本酒もあったので瓶まで見せてもらったら2種類ともアル添。純米系は300ミリの瓶であるということ。生ビールから始め、純米系の日本酒、サワーを飲んだ。
皮焼きは醤油、チリ、塩ダレでいただく。ピーマンは肉詰め、つくねは串に刺していない。
予約していないお客様の訪問と電話がかなりあったが満席で断られていた。行く場合は事前の予約が必須。
