I went there at night. There was a private room and I was shown there. This place was highly praised by my reviewer, Keitaro Hayakawa, so I had been interested in it for a while. All the staff were women. They were very friendly. What I had was loin for 950 yen, kalbi for 800 yen, spicy horumon for 550 yen, grilled scallops (butter) for 350 yen, Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) plum for 350 yen, and two glasses of Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) for 350 yen. The bill was 3700 yen ^^ First, when I opened the menu, there was a page that said the secret sauce was sold for 550 yen per bottle. The sauce here was actually in an old plastic container at first, so I thought it was normal, but I licked it a little too much. When I put it in a small dish, it was a lighter color than the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce at other restaurants. I put grated garlic into it. I guess this secret sauce also contains fruits, onions, and other vegetables. It has a very fruity sweetness with a light refreshing feeling, and the taste of grated garlic goes well with it. Now, the food. When I ordered a drink, there was no page for shochu; I was a little worried. Looking closely, I noticed that the types of Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) included plum, rocks, and hot water. ^^ Although it says Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) it is shochu with water. I ordered barley. It came with a lemon and a large pickled plum to mix it in, but I always drink shochu with water without adding anything, so I drank it as is. I was quite interested in Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) tea on the menu. ^^ First came the dry hormone. It was a spicy sauce with a lot of green onions. It had a spicy and squishy texture and went well with the fruity secret sauce. ^^ Next was the kalbi and loin. It had a melting texture. It went well with the fruity secret sauce. Even if you like raw kalbi and loin, I think they will taste sweeter if you grill them a little longer. Cabbage and sliced onions were brought out. This was completely free. According to Ehime Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants, many places charge for it as an appetizer, so this was nice ^^ I switched to Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) oolong and drank two glasses ^^ Grilled scallops (with butter) came. You could choose between salt sauce or butter. I ordered butter ^^ The mellow butter flavor and chewy scallops were great ^^ There was also a lot of green onions on top ^^ There were also a lot of Korean vegetables on the plate, such as lettuce, onions, bean sprouts, and namul ^^ It was a great snack to go with Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) oolong ^^ Here you can enjoy tender Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at a reasonable price ^^
