Take-out |
I went to a popular restaurant and the meat was not high-quality, like black wagyu beef, but it was marinated thoroughly in the sauce, and had a deep flavor that matched well with the sauce, making it very delicious. It was mainly lean meat, but I realized that this is the basis of Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I was impressed by how delicious it was. And it was the first time in a while that I was able to eat raw beef, yukhoe. It was on the menu, so I ordered it. It had been a while since I had eaten it, and it was delicious. I was really impressed and moved. This is the first time I've come across Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that has been cooked in such a way that it transforms ordinary beef with seasoning.
