家族5人で行きました。
3000円の定食にオコゼの薄造りを追加で注文しました。
定食についてきたムクダイの煮付けはとても素晴らしい味付け。お作りも新鮮。
特にオコゼの薄造りは最高で、肝までプリプリ。こんなにプリプリの肝は初めて食べました。新鮮だからなのでしょう。これを食べたら、もうフランス料理のフォアグラなどはまずくて食べられません。
オコゼは残った頭と骨とを唐揚げにしてもらいましたが、これも美味しかったです。
飲み物はビールに始まり山丹正宗の冷酒まで飲みました、これでこの価格はコストパフォーマンも最高と思います。
