今治での食事で利用しました。
割烹という割にはテーブルがメインの店内の様ですが、
入ってすぐに生簀があり
地魚としては人気のアコ、オコゼ、カサゴ？などが。
以前、
愛媛県佐田岬で食べたハマチの美味しさが忘れられなくて、
今回はハマチの薄造りと、イクラ釜飯を。
確か、ハマチは1000円位だったか、
イクラ釜飯は味噌汁付きで1100円。
同行者は海鮮サラダや北海より便り(海鮮丼1980円)
ハマチの刺身などを注文しましたが
どれも文句なく美味しいです。
お料理の上品な感じが、
やはり料理屋ではなく割烹です。
地魚の美味しさは間違いないでしょう。
