We visited a friend in Imabari and had a lovely dinner♪ It seems to be a long-established restaurant a little away from the downtown area. We chose the fillet. One of my friends chose the sirloin. The meat starts at 150g each, so we hesitated to order shrimp or abalone. But we ordered foie gras. Soup and salad. Grilled vegetables. The onions and peppers were sweet and delicious. Now, the meat. It was so soft♪♪ The flavor of the meat came out as you chewed it. It wasn't so soft that it melted in your mouth, but it was cooked just right so you felt satisfied that you had eaten meat. 150g was a bit too much, so I shared it with my friend. The garlic rice was light and fluffy and delicious. If I had to say something, it was a bit of a shame that the serving was done at the restaurant's timing, so they didn't keep an eye on the customers.
