今治駅から歩いて1分くらいの、以前は歓楽街だった地帯に、再開発の中、ひっそり残っているといった佇まい。
昭和のスナックのような外観、内観はさらに昭和。ライトが妖しい雰囲気。
以前は台湾から今治に来た先代が切り盛りしていましたが、今は二代目ご夫婦がやっています。
台湾家庭料理のお店。
まずはウーロン茶。お茶を入れる口の無い急須が珍しい。点心は小籠包などの取り合わせ。
お勧めはビーフン。ツマミにいけます。またピータンも全く臭みが無く、素晴らしい。名物のロバ、老肉はトロトロに煮込んだ豚肉。
後はシジミの漬け込みがあったら…
文化遺産的台湾家庭料理屋として、後世に残って欲しいです。
