四季の移ろいを堪能する海宿「千年松」
瀬戸内海国立公園の中に位置し、目の前には日本３大急潮のひとつ来島海峡を眺望し、後ろには館山が。その入り江に佇む一軒宿が「海宿千年松」です。 |
土曜12時団体で訪問。コース料理を頂きました。目の前に砂浜がありロケーション抜群です。お刺身→お煮付け→活アワビの鉄板焼き→焙烙焼き→唐揚げ→鯛めし→味噌汁のコースで、鯛がメイン魚となっておりました。お刺身には珍しい穴子があり、初めてアナゴのお刺身を頂きました。アナゴの風味はそのままにさっぱり頂け、不思議な感覚。アナゴさんのお刺身姿に次お会いできるのはいつなのか。また唐揚げは味付けがよく、こちらも美味でございます。カリカリのお煎餅も癖になる美味しさでございました。容姿端麗な女将さんありがとうございました。ミサイル4発、星4つ。
