具はバラの叉焼、メンマ、煮玉子、海苔、ネギです。
豚骨臭がどうのこうのと聞いていたが、微かに香るが臭いという訳でもなく全然問題ない！
透明感のある塩豚骨で、これだけ臭みが抑えられているのだから下処理は丁寧にされていると推察できる…
只、店内の雰囲気でも推察できるように昭和中期感がプンプンしているので分かる通り、昔は十二分な出来栄えだったかもしれないが、最近流行りの濃厚タイプが好きな若者には受けないくらい薄く感じると思われる。
だけど、僕は好きですよ⤴こういう子供さんにも優しそうな味わいは～
作ってくれた優しそうな婆ちゃんの人柄も出ていそうな感じです…
細ストレート麺は、柔い目。
固い目が好みで、後でグダグダ言うんやったら文句言う前にオーダー時に『固いめ』言うとき。
叉焼は余計な事していない？素？
スープと同化しているのか、豚の旨味は分かるが他に感じられん（笑）
玉子も固茹でなだけのシンプルスタイルです。
若者受けはしないだろうけど、僕の好きな『Simple is the Best』と婆ちゃんを味わいにで点数甘い目～
