This restaurant serves very fresh sushi, and many of the fish are caught locally, with the origin clearly indicated. The balance with the rice is perfect, and when you order, the rice is served slightly warm. And best of all, it's cheap, which is what I like about it. Fried food are fried in-house, so they come around piping hot when you order, so I recommend it. They also serve coffee and cocoa, so I always have some at the end of the meal before going home. If you sign up for the email newsletter, you may get a free soup, which makes it even more of a bargain. I think this is the best conveyor belt Sushi restaurant in Imabari City. If you're willing to wait, I definitely recommend this place.
