PR for restaurants |
[We value local ingredients] We are proud of our fresh salads made with homemade vegetables. Please come to "Furukawa" for girls' parties and anniversaries.
Furukawa is packed with the deliciousness of Imabari, Ehime, with a focus on salads made with fresh vegetables selected by the owner. The salad dressing is, of course, homemade. It is a fresh masterpi |
This is my third visit in April 2014. It's still as popular as ever. The variety of the menu has increased. It's like a course. It's basically pasta and salad. Oh, I think they had curry too. The salad is still as delicious as ever. The pasta is also delicious. But it's not as impressive as the first time I ate it. But isn't it the most delicious pasta in Imabari? It's perfect if they serve it on Sundays and nights (reservations required)... I went on July 27th. This is my second visit. Open until the evening. Reservations were required last time and again this time. It's a bit difficult without a reservation. And the menu has been expanded. In addition to the pasta set and pasta and salad set that have been there for a long time, they now have a new fish course for 1500 yen, 3 kinds of cold pasta, and 3 kinds of cold salad pasta set. The dishes that other people were eating looked very cool and delicious. But I still chose the pasta and salad set. This time I had it changed to spaghetti. It was as delicious as ever. But the soup was the same minestrone as before, and the salad vegetables hadn't changed much, so it was a bit sad. I hope they will continue to expand their menu in the future. Also, starting August 18th, their regular closing day will change from Wednesdays to every Sunday. If they are closed on Sundays, it will be harder to visit again.
