飲み屋街にあらわれたバルの雰囲気のイタリアン
こちらは先月オープンしたばかりのイタリアンのお店です。今治の飲み屋街の中心地松本町にあります。またピザの持ち帰りも出来るとのことで飲み屋からの注文客もきそうですね＾＾またイタリアのバルのように一人でも気軽に入れる雰囲気が良さそうです＾＾
マイレビュアーの☆しぉ☆さんのレビューを見て行ってきました。
最初昼に行ったのですが満席で断念；
なので違う日にピザの持ち帰りをしました。
マルゲリータ（バジル）９８０円を購入。焼きたてです＾＾
２名でいただきました。
生地はカリカリと焼きたてのトーストのような食感です＾＾モッツァレラチーズがたっぷりでトロトロと濃厚なコクと旨みを感じます＾＾これがいい感じにマルゲリータソースと良く馴染みます＾＾またバジルの風味もアクセントになります＾＾
次回はビスマルクをいただいてみたいです＾＾

I ordered on the phone and went to pick it up. I received Napolitana for 1,180 yen. The dough is crispy and has a chewy feel. I like the richness of the cheese. The melty cheese is irresistible. The saltiness of the anchovies and the flavor of the garlic oil will keep your fingers moving.
