桜が見頃となり、久しぶりに伯方島の開山公園に行った帰りにお邪魔しました
メニューはパスタやピザが豊富ですが、少食なのでそこはぐっと我慢です
まずお決まりの生ハムとワインで乾杯です
黒胡椒がかなりかかっており、生ハム本来の味が
分かりにくいのが少し残念でしたが、塩味がまろやかでおいしかったです
二品目カプレーゼ チーズはコクがあるのですが
トマトの皮がかなり固く、口の中で最後まで残ってしまい、せめて湯むきしていただけてたらな、と思いました カプレーゼにはフルーツトマトが合うと思ってるのは私だけでしょうか？
三品目タコとアボガドのサラダ これが一番美味しかった タコはとても柔らかく、アボガドもねっとり濃厚でサッパリ系のドレッシングとの相性もとても良くバゲットを追加してのせて食べました
アサリのクラムチャウダー 具沢山のコーンスープにアサリが入ってる？という感じでしたが、優しい味でした
イベリコ豚のミラノ風カツレツ 最後にドカンと
重いの来ました！3cmぐらいの肉厚でかなりボリューミーな上に、濃厚なソースがたっぷりかかっています 柔らかく、臭みのない肉質で食べ応えがありここでギブアップです
家の近所にあれば、1人でも軽く飲んだり食べたりできるこじんまりとしたアットホームな雰囲気のお店でした ごちそうさまでした
