サクッと揚がった豚天 : Yousukou

昼に来ました。店内はかなり賑わっています。

野菜炒めと豚天セット1,100円のご飯大盛り+100円を注文。1,200円でした。

野菜炒め、もやし、キャベツ、ピーマン、人参、玉葱、木耳という内容です。あっさりした味付けです。ワシャワシャいただきました。

豚天、サクッと軽い揚がり具合で肉の旨みが味わい深い。

玉子スープ、滑らかにあっさりした味わいでした。

サラダ、千切りキャベツに胡麻ドレッシングがかかっていました。

日替りランチタイム時ホットコーヒーがセルフで無料なので飲みながら待ちます。

１０分ほどでともされました。

玉子にらもやしいため、海老マヨネーズ、サラダ、玉子スープ、ザーサイ、ご飯という内容です。

玉子にらもやしいため、玉子、ニラ、もやし、人参が入っています。塩加減もよくシャキシャキとまた玉子のまろやかさを感じながら味わいます。

海老マヨネーズ、海老はプリッとしていてマヨネーズのまろやかな甘みがいいですね。

サラダには胡麻ドレッシングがかかっていました。

玉子スープ、とろみがあって玉子がトロッとしています。

長年今治の深夜にもやってた松本町の揚子江さん。西条市河原津にも揚子江出来、今治ワールドプラザにもらーめん道楽　揚子江　ワールドプラザ店が出来てから休んでいたのですが７月１６日に南高下に復活です。

開店初日に行ってきました。

冷やし中華７００円の大盛＋１５０円、酢豚（小皿）４５０円を注文。お会計は１３００円です。

まず酢豚（小皿）が来ました。

豚肉もしっかり歯応えがあって人参、ピーマン、玉葱もぶつ切りでシャキッと歯触りがいい感じです＾＾味付けもいい感じで美味しい酢豚でした＾＾

冷やし中華大盛、具はトマト、胡瓜、蒸し鶏、ハム、錦糸玉子、紅生姜という内容です。

酸味を感じるスープがサッパリと＾＾

さらに具の上から胡麻風味のタレがかかり、横には辛子が添えられています。

混ぜていただきます。

サッパリした酸味に胡麻風味の甘みがはまります＾＾

麺は中細でシコシコ感がいい感じです＾＾

蒸し鶏の旨みもよくて＾＾

トマトや胡瓜の味わいもこの麺にあいますね＾＾

たっぷりのハムや錦糸玉子も味わい深いです＾＾

次回はエビチリなどもいただいてみたいです＾＾
