On a windy Sunday, I went to Imabari for lunch with my classmates! He said he found a place where you can eat Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) at lunchtime, so let's go there (*^o^*) When I asked where it was, he said it was near Imabari Aeon (゜Д゜;) I put him in the car and took him there. He obediently got into the passenger seat (;^_^A It's cold outside, but the sun is shining inside the car and it's warm. Along the road, cherry blossoms were blooming here and there! On Sunday during spring break, there were a lot of cars. We left early, so we arrived at the sheep house around 11:30. It looked like a store had just opened. When we entered the store, the two of us were there. When I told them, I was asked to either sit at the counter or at a table that seats four people.The three seats at the counter seemed to be occupied by 〇〇.There were only four empty seats at the counter.A table seat that seats four people. There were two seats. There were three tatami seats, but one of them didn't seem to be used for work. The last two seats were reserved seats. Looking at Tabelog and comparing them, there were fewer seats than when the restaurant first opened. We sat at a table for four people. After looking at the menu, we both decided on Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) set meal for 800 yen (excluding tax). There was a drink service, so I asked for ginger ale. First, I ordered ginger ale. Ale came out. From the kitchen, there was the sound of grilling meat and a nice smell. Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) set meal came out on a tray while the iron plate was sizzling. It came with rice and miso soup. It was thinly cut. The lamb meat is covered with a sauce that looks like grated vegetables. Beneath the lamb meat, there were bean sprouts, cabbage, and onions. It wasn't overcooked, just enough to keep it crunchy. As for the miso soup. There was seaweed in it. The taste of the sauce really made the rice go well. Later, two women sat down at the counter. They ordered green curry, but they said it would take 30 minutes because it would be made from scratch. Due to time constraints, we had to switch to other dishes.In addition to the menu, there was a quiz on Hokkaido's place names on the table.I couldn't understand anything except for one place.It was attached with Velcro on the back. Even when I looked at the answer, I couldn't really understand the name of the place, which I had never heard of.(;^_^A It seems like the store is focused on Hokkaido.
