この店は周平・周月などのラーメン店の会社が営業しているラーメン店です。
市街地から離れたところにあります。
製麺室まであり、自家製麺の店です。
ラーメンは中華そば1種で、麺は平打ち麺、細麺が選べ、温と冷が選べます。
また替え玉は無料となっています。永遠に無料と書かれています（＾＾；
「中華そば（680円）」を注文。
黒に近い濃茶色のあっさり醤油味のスープです。
見た目に反して醤油濃い味ではなく、塩気は少なく、甘味と酸味の利いた味です。
節と昆布系でしょう。
麺は中太平打ちのちぢれ麺で、コシは弱め。味わいのある麺です。
