冷凍で届いて冷蔵庫で１日解凍してから食べました
国産餅米粉のモッチリとした求肥に、
北海道産白いんげん豆の白餡
愛媛産の南伊予のミカンの存在感が大きくて、
餡子は感じなくて酸味が勝っています
手作業で１個１個つくられています
切りづらい大福が多いですが、これは包丁で簡単に切れました
