こちらは広島風お好み焼きのキッチンカーです。ヒメマルシェで出店されていました。お好み焼き以外にも焼きそばなどもあります。
昼に行きました。先客は1名。
焼きそば400円を購入。
具は豚肉、キャベツ、天かす、ネギです。中細の麺はモッチリしています。天かすのカリカリした歯ごたえがアクセントになります。甘めなソースが良い感じです。紅生姜も添えられていてピリッと甘めなソースのアクセントになります。豚肉もカリッとした歯ごたえでした。
次回は広島風お好み焼きを食べてみたいです。
