子どもの夏休み…一年ぶりに愛媛の家に帰省。
家族三人揃うのも、二ヶ月ぶりくらいかな。子供はパパに合会えて嬉しそう〜( ╹▽╹ )
さて。西条市は田舎なので、山遊びへお出かけ。その道すがら…この洋食屋さんへ行ってきました。
丹原にある洋食屋さんで、よく西条の地元フリーペーパーなどに掲載されてるので以前から知っておりました。
結構山の中で、古めかしい喫茶店風なのに、お客様が多くてビックリ！ウェイティング客まで…。
メインを選んで…、米、サラダ、スープ、ドリンクなどはビュッフェ形式。
★お子様ランチ…すべて手作りで嬉しい♡甘口のデミソースや、食感柔らかなハンバーグは子供大喜び。
★クリームチーズinハンバーグ 季節の野菜添え…
ハンバーグがふわふわ、ジューシーでおいしい。
季節の野菜はタップリだが…、茄子の素揚げは油たっぷり吸うので(ハイカロリー)嫌だなぁ。そして、やっぱ肉にクリームチーズは合わない。＆お子様と同じデミソース…大人にはべたっと甘い。しかし、愛媛県民は(肉うどん然り)甘口好みなので、田舎に行けば行く程好きな方も多いのだろう…。田舎らしい激甘口デミソースだと思えば、特長的で面白いかな。
★チキン南蛮…甘酢も、タルタルソースも唐揚げも…激甘い。デミソースと同じトーンの甘さ。どの料理も緩急なし！同じテイスト、これは、シェフの好みなのだろう。
さっぱり、とは対極にあるチキン南蛮である。まぁ、子どもは喜ぶ味であろう、か。
手作りなセロリスープや、手作りドレッシングなどは手が込んでいて嬉しかったのだが。いかんせん…私達夫婦には、味付けが甘すぎて、苦しかった…。
都会的な洗練された洋食とは対極な、田舎感たっぷりの甘さ強烈な洋食屋さん。すべてが「お子様が喜ぶような甘い味わい」と思えばわかりやすいかな。愛媛県民でも、かなり甘口好みの方にオススメしたい。
