夜に行きました。こちらのお店は初でしたが、松山にかつてあった揚げ職人 季の屋 松山はなみずき店には食べに行ったり、会社までテイクアウトしたりとかなり通いました。

なので季の屋さんのとんかつの美味しさは期待できると思いヒレかつ定食１２８０円を注文。
セルフで珈琲、紅茶が飲み放題なのでいただきました＾＾
ヒレかつ定食、ヒレかつ、ご飯、キャベツサラダ、茶碗蒸し、味噌汁、漬物、お茶という内容です。
すり鉢で胡麻をすり、ソースを入れます。
カラシも入れていただきます。
粗めの衣はサクサクで、肉は柔らかいです＾＾
甘めのソースともいい感じに合います。
茶碗蒸しもしっとりとまろやかでした＾＾
次回はロースカツなどいろいろと味わってみたいです＾＾
