本日は東予方面に出張です。カーナビを頼りに走っていると駐車場が満車のお店を発見。時間調整のため・・・いえ仕事優先で先に用事を済ませて13：30頃に訪問しましたが、それでも駐車場がいっぱいです。
入店すると何とか席を確保してメニューを見ると「焼肉屋」さんなんですね。看板にはレストランと表示してあったので洋食屋さんかと思ってしまいました。
焼き肉系の料理にするか日替わりランチを選ぶか考えどころです。お肉に惹かれながらも店主の意気込みを感じるランチも捨てがたい・・・。やはりここはコストと具材を天秤にかけながらお店ごとの性格が出る魅力的なメニューを味わうことに決めてランチを選択です。
本日のメインはとんかつです。同じ皿に目玉焼きとスパゲッティにサラダが乗っかっています。他に煮魚、酢物、お新香に味噌汁の構成です。
メインのとんかつにサブが煮魚。とんかつはそれほど大きくはありませんが、まるでメインが2品並ぶような配置に息を飲みます。
早速、とんかつをいただきます。焼肉屋さんだけあってお肉は柔らかいですし、小さくカットされてますから食べやすいですね。
煮魚は魚自体に臭みがないので生姜等の味付けは控えめで薄味に仕上がっています。
目玉焼きは玉ねぎの輪切りの中に乗っかっていたのに気付きました。カミさん曰く「目玉焼きを丸く仕上げる方法としてあるよ。」とのことですが、玉ねぎを器代わりに使うなんて考えたこともありませんでした。（火の通り具合なんて難しそうですが・・・）
スパゲッティーはトマトの酸味に加えて甘味を強く感じます。子供のころ食べていたスパゲッティーの味付けのようで懐かしく感じます。
小鉢の酢物は後味のリセットとしてちょうど良い酸味です。
私にとってこの量は多すぎですね。途中で満腹になってしまいましたが、どれも残しがたい料理なので頑張りました。この量で700円（食後のコーヒーは50円）ですからお得感は高いですね。
ランチでこのお得感ということは焼肉定食にも期待感大です。
帰り際、道路を挟んだ反対側に第2駐車場があるのに気が付きました。店の前の駐車場がいっぱいでも諦めずに入店できそうです。
