松山市での仕事を終わらせ香川に戻る途中の昼食。
西条市産業道路沿いのラーメン店『一番星』
いかにもトラック乗りが集まりそうな名前。実際にはそんな様子はない…
少々、年期の入った店内。昭和後期〜平成初期の風格。
一角に雑誌が積まれたりしていていかにもラーメン店、定食屋といった感じ。
定食、ラーメン、ご飯物、一品料理といった様々なメニュー。おでんも有る。
平日昼限定のランチセット。その中から「Cランチ」を注文。
ラーメン、肉野菜炒め、ライス、キムチ、一品、のセット。訪問日の一品は焼豆腐。
ラーメンは胡椒の効いた鶏ガラ醤油風のスープ。
味は少し濃いめ、こってりとしている。
スープの表面に脂の層が有り見た目からこってり感がわかる。
麺はいたって普通のストレート麺。
具材はチャーシュー、もやし、めんま。一般的な内容。
このスープはご飯との相性がとても良くライス小はあっという間に無くなっていく…
肉野菜炒めはそこそこの量。もやしは少なめで肉と野菜がしっかり入りいい感じ、味はやはり濃いめ。
完食する頃には満腹状態！ボリュームが特徴のランチ定食。
税込¥800-くらいだったらもっとイイね…
