JR予讃線伊予西条駅より徒歩約10分、駅西通り沿いにある和菓子店「おおさかや 蔵はち」。
5月下旬の愛媛滞在時の夕方に訪れました。
この日は焼き菓子
「和三盆カヌレ」(302円)
「渋皮栗カヌレ」(380円)
を購入しました。
宿泊先のホテルにて早速ご賞味です♪
表面がカリッとして、中身がしっとり・モッチリとした食感が楽しい洋菓子
カヌレですが、「渋皮栗カヌレ」はその中にギッシリ大粒の渋皮栗が入っていて
しっかり「和菓子」になっていますね。中々美味しいカヌレでした (^^♪
ご馳走様でした。
