伊予西条駅から道を渡って、すぐ近くにあるケーキ屋さん。
ベビー２歳の誕生日にホールをお願いしました（自作しなくてsorry(^_^;)）。
生クリームの質にうるさい私。（スーパーのパックで売られてる純生クリームも臭くて嫌なんだよね～）うーん、こちらは、舌に少しベタっと残るので、植物性油脂をミックスしているのかな？（違いとか、わからない人は全然わからないレベルと思います）。それがどうしても気になってしまうけど、スポンジのふわっとした軽さやバランスはいいと思います。
ケーキを単品で買ってみたときの写真も追加。
単品のケーキの生クリームも、誕生日ケーキと同じ生クリームを使っていると思う。
チョコケーキ・・・結構甘め、お子様に受けが良さそう。
モンブラン・・・栗の渋みなどない ふわ～と軽いモンブラン。
苺ののったチーズムースのケーキ・・・爽やかな柑橘の香りのチーズムースと甘クリームがふわふわ。
