JR予讃線伊予西条駅より徒歩約2分、駅東通り沿いにあるお店「洋菓子工房 Rejouir」。
4月中旬の伊予西条滞在時に訪れました
この日は
「生モンブラン」(400円)
「レアチーズ」(380円)
を購入しました。
宿泊先のホテルにて早速ご賞味です♪
「生モンブラン」は栗のロールケーキの上にマロンクリームたっぷりのケーキ。
お口に運んだ瞬間フワッとトロける食感がたまらないです(#^.^#)
「レアチーズ」見た目ストロベリーショートケーキに見えますが、濃厚な
クリームチーズ味のチーズケーキです。下層のサブレ生地のサクサクッとした
食感や濃厚なラズベリージャムがアクセントになった美味しいケーキでした。
