いなりはしっとりと酢の効きもまろやかです。巻き寿司も酢の効きがまろやかで豊富な具がいい感じです。
オードブルは、刺身、揚げ物、煮物、焼き物など豊富にあります。
鰆の刺身はしっとりと＾＾
串カツなども食べ応えがあります。
茹でエビも大きく＾＾
ホタテの炊いた物の味付けがかなり私好みでした。
鱧などの魚を濃いめに味付けしているものもいい感じにお酒にあいましたね＾＾
２０１２．４月 こちらは１９６号線沿いにある秋山魚市場の仕出しです。
新鮮な刺し身が魅力です。
サシの入った鯛やハマチなどの刺身。
モチっと柔らかな味わい。
大きな茹でエビも入っておりプリッと食べ応えがあります。
唐揚げなどの揚げものもしっとりと旨みを感じ。
煮物なども濃いめの味付けがいい感じ。
巻きずしもしっとりとした食べ応えでまろやかな酢の効き具合。
焼魚はブリが入っており脂が乗って美味しいです。
デザートは大きな甘みのあるメロンやライチ、ゼリーやマシュマロがあっさりといただけます。
花見などにいい感じですよ。
