愛媛県西条市、パルティフジ東予店の一角にあるラーメン店です。
中国地方を主にチェーン展開されており中部地区ではあまり馴染みがありません。
濃厚つけ麺 風雲丸 伊勢店は同じグループです。
メニューは多く鶏醤油、魚介、火の鶏、白湯、味噌、ゆず塩、琥珀醤油。
価格も良心的です。
味玉鶏醤油(810円)をオーダーしました。
鶏のしつこさはありません。角の取れたまろやか醤油。
昆布と鰹のダシで魚介のうまさが際立っています。
フライドオニオンとネギ油が良いアクセントになっています。
自家製の細麺です。
