Cafe restaurant no1 is an old house surrounded by nature in Nonoichi, Saijo City. The owner wanted to create a restaurant that would naturally make people smile, so he personally serves the food. With |
昼過ぎに行きました。古民家カフェです。
ランチメニューの中からオリーブ・トマト・ケィパーの夏色パスタ1,100円を注文。
まずスープが来ました。豆腐、大根、エノキダケ、カボスなどが入っていてアッサリした中、カボスの酸味がいいですね。まるで小さな鍋みたいな。
続いてサラダ、レタス、ズッキーニなどがアッサリしたドレッシングがかかってぃす。またカボチャの煮物も添えられています。
オリーブ・トマト・ケィパーの夏色パスタ、オリーブ、トマト、ケィパー、バジルがオリーブオイルで和えられています。麺はネットリした中しっかりアルデンテを感じるカタさで味わい深い。野菜が美味しく味わえます。
次回は夜に行ってみたいですね。
