Authentic Thai Cuisine and Italian Cuisine cuisine in a traditional Japanese house [Cafe restaurant no1]
Cafe restaurant no1 is an old house surrounded by nature in Nonoichi, Saijo City. The owner wanted to create a restaurant that would naturally make people smile, so he personally serves the food. With |
"No1/Noichi" is a Restaurants located in a residential area near Route 11, about a 10-minute walk from JR Yosan Line Iyo Himi Station. I visited for the first time at lunchtime during my stay in Ehime in late May. This restaurant is a Restaurants in an old house with a storehouse at the back. I wonder if the name of the restaurant is a combination of the address, Nonoichi, and No. 1? It's a nice name (#^.^#) When I opened the front door, the doorbell rang and the owner's wife, with a lovely smile, came from the back to greet me (^^) The restaurant is divided into tables and counter seats in each room, with a total of 17 seats. I was guided to a room with counter seats and table seats. I looked at the menu on the table. The menu had a total of four dishes, three Thai Cuisine and one spaghetti dish. From that, I ordered "Genovese Spaghetti" (1,100 yen) *with salad and soup. First, the soup and salad were served in order. The soup is a light radish and enoki mushroom soup. When you think of Thai Cuisine, you think of spicy or sour, but this soup is soy sauce-based and has a warm and gentle taste (#^.^#) Warm The salad was a hearty salad of lettuce, sweet potato, cabbage, and tomato with carrot dressing. Soon the spaghetti was brought out. Wow, it's a very stylish presentation and the colors are great (^^) They sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on it. I tried it right away ♪ Yes, the basil flavor is rich and the aroma and taste make it delicious! (>_<) Yummy The spaghetti is boiled to my liking and has just the right texture. It's well entangled in the sauce. The cheese has a nice aroma, and I ate it all in no time. Thank you for the meal.
