まだまだお盆を過ぎても暑いころ。お昼はつるっとおうどんでも。
西条の幹線道路沿いにある、最近オープンしたお店でしょうか。駐車場にもゆとりが
あるスペース。
のれんをくぐると、「注文を受けてから湯がきます...」と時間がかかる旨の注意書き。
お昼真っ只中の店内はカウンター、テーブル共賑わってました。
今回は海老天ぶっかけ（冷）を注文します。艶のあるうどんの上に上品にのせられた
海老天。サクッと頂きながら、うどんをつるっと頂きました。量も上品な量だと感じました。
たくさん食べる男性には大盛をお勧めします。
注意書きの通り時間は覚悟のうえで。店員さんもまだ慣れていない感じを受けました。
またゆっくりとお邪魔したいです。
