予約をして昼にいきました。先客は5名。私の滞在中にも2名のお客がありました。
古民家をリノベーションされている外観は風情もよく。
牛すじカレー1,100円にカレーとお米大盛り＋100円、インド風天プラワダトッピング＋200円を注文。
牛すじカレーの横にココナッツミルク入り豆カレーも添えられていてお米の上にはパパドとトッピングしたインド風天プラワダが乗っています。またアチャールにサンバルも添えられています。
牛すじカレーは奥深いコクにほんのり甘さがありスパイスのピリッとした刺激もいいですね。また牛すじはトロトロ。ココナッツミルク入り豆カレーは芳醇なまろやかな深みのある甘さ。この二つを混ぜて食べても味わいが奥深い。パパドはインドの豆せんべいでパリッと軽い歯触りです。インド風天プラワダはいわゆる半熟玉子天で中の黄身はトロトロでまろやかです。途中別添えのアチャールを加えたりカレーオイルを入れて味変も楽しみました。
奥深いスパイスの味わいを楽しめました。
次回はココナッツミルクチキンキーマカレーを食べてみたいですね。
