麺の硬さが選べ「カタ」を選択。
スープはトンコツ醤油。
麺はストレートの細麺。
具はチャーシュー、青ネギ、白髪ねぎ、煮玉子、のり。
豚骨ラーメンにしては具は多くて嬉しいけど
味はフードコートで食べるくらいの味。

毎日前を通っていると何やら工事をしており
気になってたコチラに仕事帰りにお1人様で利用しました。
車が数台停まっていたけど
店員さんのなのか客は1組2名だけ。
好きな所を進められたのでカウンターの隅に座ります。
綿雲ラーメンの居抜きなので
特に内観は変わらずカウンターとテーブル、座敷があります。
エアコン入れてるのか、外の風が、入口側のカウンターは寒い。
まだプレオープン3日目？くらいで
メニューを見ると出来ない物や
厨房の話を聞く限りスタッフも
覚えている途中といった感じ。
替え玉が無料は嬉しいサービスでした♪
なかなか定着しない店なので
厳しい戦いです。
