山の国道沿いにあるラーメン屋さん、
平日の11時半に来訪、すでに７～８人並んでいたが、回転は早く
10分程度で着席。元気で愛想のよい大将がしきっている。
メニューでラーメンは中華そばとざる中華の2種類であった。
大盛りは無料なようで、よいサービスである。
注文するとすぐに運ばれてきて、おいしそうなにおい。
まずは、三つ葉のよい香りがする。三つ葉とラーメンは相性がよい。
スープがうまく、塩、醤油、ブレンドなのか、鶏ガラスープ、わからないが、あっさりコクがありうまい。
麺もつるつるで腰もある。バランスがよく、毎日でも食べれる感じであった。
帰る頃には、10人ほどならんでおり、人気店であり、うまい、よい店はどこにあっても
はやるんですね。うまきょんこ
