Er Bisteccaro ito serves Roman cuisine in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture. Located in the resort complex Itomachi, the restaurant's name Bisteccaro means "Steak craftsman" in Italian, so Steak are its specialty. You can enjoy authentic pasta, antipasto, and even dolce.
