まだ改装されてそう月日が経っていないそうで外観も店内もキレイなお店。
加えて女性オーナーも親切な方でした。
注文は「豚キムチ玉」を+２００円のモダン焼きで。
本当は大盛りを頼みたかったのですがなし、とのこと。モダン焼きでボリュームを増してください、と案内されました。
大きなお好み焼きで焼き上がりに少々時間を要しました、見かけは満点です。
今まで見た中でも最上級の部類、そしてこの大きくて素敵なお好み焼きを独り占め・・・というこの時点が最高潮でした。
味の方はソースが濃厚過ぎて豚やキムチの存在感は希薄。
マヨネーズで中和させてみようかと工夫も凝らしましたがダメでした。
そんなにたくさんソースがかかっていたわけではないと思うのでただただソースが濃厚なのでした。
