こちらは新居浜のリーガロイヤルホテルの斜め前にあります。
某飲み会の二次会で行きましたねえ。
いただいたものは、シメサバ５００円、ちくわ磯辺揚げ３００円、麦焼酎水割り３００円を二杯です。お会計は１８００円だったので付きだし代が４００円だと思います。
まず麦焼酎水割りと共に付きだしとして茹でエビがきました。塩味が絶妙に効いて美味しいです。焼酎もすすみます。
シメサバ、醤油に生姜を混ぜていただきます。まろやかな爽快感を感じる酢の味わいがやんわりきて甘みもほんのり感じます。身はしっとりと旨みがかなりいい感じです。
麦焼酎水割りをお替りしちくわ磯辺揚げをいただきました。食べてみてびっくりしました。もの凄くモチっとしています。弾力もよく歯ごたえもいい感じです。軽く揚がっており青のりの風味も良いですね＾＾
今回は二次会で軽く飲んだだけなので次回はじっくり腰を据えて飲みたいお店ですね。新居浜名物のふぐざくやざんきで一杯やってみたいです＾＾
